1957 Ki Rasoi - Hamare Daada Ji Ka Wada

In 1957, Late Shri Arjun Das Ahuja started a small dairy in Meerut. Not a factory - a home. Every batch of ghee was hand-churned, every measure was honest, every customer was a neighbour.

Sixty years later, the machines came for everyone. But not for us. We still churn our ghee the bilona way - curd set overnight, hand-churned until white butter rises, then slow-heated to pure golden ghee.

Today, Puneet Ahuja - Arjun Das Ji's grandson - runs Shahji Ghee from the same Meerut. The recipe has not changed. The commitment has not changed.
